FEBRUARY WAS NATIONAL CHILDREN'S DENTAL HEALTH MONTH!

Dr. Dougherty visited the local preschool and shared his dental wisdom with each of the three classes. With the help of his toothy blue dragon, named Puff, he educated the students on brushing and good oral hygiene.  Each of the students had the chance to show their superior brushing skills with Puff.  This is his third visit to the preschool.

Katie recently made a trip to Northern Virginia Community College, her alma mater, to speak to senior hygiene students. She addressed students about the importance of joining their professional association. As current president of the Northern Virginia Dental Hygiene Association, Katie stressed the opportunities the Association provides for the evergrowing future of dental hygienists nationwide.
