Teresa Duncan - Practice Administrator

Teresa has been working with Dr. Dougherty and the team for over 15 years. Her favorite thing about working in dentistry is the interaction she has with each of our patients. Teresa truly enjoys helping our patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles, as well as learning about their lives outside of the practice and all the things that make them smile. Teresa received her master of science degree in Healthcare Management from Marymount University.

She believes in continuing education, and is a fellow and educator for the International Congress of Oral Implantologists' Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries, as well as a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers and the vice president of the Practice Administrators Leadership Solutions study club.

Jean Burlingame-Pulley - Financial Coordinator

Jean has been with our practice for over eight years, and has many years of previous customer service experience. She is an asset to our team, as she is always available to our patients when they have questions about their accounts or insurance. Our patients rely on Jean to help them understand their insurance coverage and flexible spending account reimbursements. Her cheerful personality makes her easy to approach, and she's always willing to help whenever possible. Jean is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers.

Katie Rohr - Dental Hygienist

Katie is an exceptional dental hygienist with years of experience and continued involvement with different professional and community organizations. She is a graduate of Northern Virginia Community College, and received her bachelor of science degree in psychology from Salisbury University in 2003. Katie enjoys working with our patients, and helping each person she treats experience the benefits of quality dental healthcare. She enjoys reaching out to the community as well, and is annually involved in the Give Kids a Smile and Mission of Mercy projects. Katie is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Northern Virginia Dental Hygiene Association of which she is the President, and the Cambridge Who's Who Among Professionals.   Katie is also very involved in "going green," and heads the environmental program here at our practice. She currently lives in South Riding, and enjoys running and spending time with her husband, Tom.
